I have practiced journaling for decades on and off.
Well, you know how I feel about journaling. But you've reframed it in a way that is warming me up to it. 🙂
I have to say that journaling has been a key part of my path to peace.
I love the romance of pen to paper and a beautiful book to write in. I wish I could settle into that; In the meantime, I'll run my fingers like a sprint on the keyboard.
I also use the keyboard, but not when there is emotion to be shed… then it’s a lovely journal and my Frixion Clicker 07 erasable pen. 😉
I love it! I keep buying journals and returning to the keyboard. I also wish I liked tea, haha!
