It's all too easy to lose sight of the importance of the moments. I have no doubt you made progress toward your end goal, but you might not learn what it is until a later time. I recently made a breakthrough on my About Page. In hindsight, I can see I was taking baby steps all along, and when I was ready, I sat down and wrote it without any difficulty. Your book will arrive in its own time. 💜
I have a funny story about that. On the third day of writing, I needed a break. Out of curiosity to how far I truly was along, I created an excel document and started logging word counts of the individual word documents that contain chapters of the book. I have been writing bits and pieces for the past four years, therefore I truly did not know how far I was or was not along.
I am over 56,000 words written. Ha! There is a book there already, it is a matter of stitching it together, editing, and ensuring the flow. I was worried about nothing. Another example of how often I worry about things that are already well in hand! ;)
