Why I prefer deep hypnosis, working with the Superconscious Mind

I am certified in traditional hypnosis, the ways of Erickson, Mesmer, and Elman. These men created the foundations of the craft including the inductions, deepeners, tests, and so on. They work with scripts specific to the issue the person presents with.
My first introduction to hypnosis was a past life regression session that was a minor part in a class called Soul Alignment. It was not the focus of the three-part, multi-day program, only a small part of the larger spiritual based teachings from Bonnie Bogner. She no longer includes hypnosis in her teachings; rather focusing on channeling and more direct ways of connecting with the higher self and guidance.
The experience I had in the past was life altering for my present day and I wanted to pursue it further. I did a few sessions with friends and family; however, I believed I needed to be properly trained to take strangers and paying clients into hypnosis’ depths; I needed the tools to keep them safe if they found unsettling things there.
In February of 2018, I approached a traditional hypnosis teacher and earned my National Guild of Hypnosis (NGH) certification. In May of the same year, I dipped my toes into the Simpson Protocol (SP), created by fellow Canadian Ines Simpson and found my home. I appreciate the way SP cut out the middle man – the critical factor of the Conscious Mind, and went straight to the source; working directly with Super Conscious Mind to find and correct the records in the database of the Subconscious. This was the answer I was looking for.
The only thing that I did not have was the key to combining the spiritual to the science of hypnosis to help people connect more deeply with All That Is in these sessions. I mentioned to one of my peers, Jacquie Balogh, that I wished there was a way to combine Simpson Protocol with Past Life Regression (PLR) so that we could do more in the past than just bring up interesting stories of other lives. Not long after, she reached out to me with an invitation to join her class, she had done just that.
Around the same time as I embarked on my exploration of becoming a legitimate hypnotherapist, I found the work of Dolores Cannon. I voraciously read 17.5 of her 19-book collection (the Nostradamus stuff did not hold my interest). Her work is what fired up my ambition to explore Past Life Regression beyond the close circle of family and friends. Well, that and the fact that the daughter of one of my friends said her trip into past lives freed her to travel Europe without reservations and she believed I should be doing this for everyone.
In early 2020, I accidentally took a friend into the Interlife, I will share more details of that zany ride later in an upcoming separate post. I relayed my experience to Jacquie and not that long after, she informed me that not only did she have the answer to my dreams of the Past Life Regression protocol that we spoke about in class together, but she had also created a protocol to take the client purposefully into the Interlife. Jacquie has this incredible connection with her Higher Self and channels this amazing hypnosis creation into being.
Back to the question at hand, which is why I prefer working hand in hand with the Superconscious Mind versus using traditional hypnosis.
In regular hypnosis, I invested a lot of time to understand the client’s issue in advance before matching or creating a script with affirmations for them to say afterwards to solidify the change. It could take days or weeks to change a habit, belief, issue or identity for them to see it in their day-to-day life.
When dealing with the Superconscious Mind, we find the root cause, correct the records by neutralizing the emotion stored with the memory in the subconscious mind and enable rapid, sometimes even immediate change. When combined with the practice of Self Hypnosis, which is installed in the first session of Simpson Protocol, the client is able to take themselves to a state of peace and reinforce the changes with ease.
I have been using these techniques now for almost three years with great success in my own life and those of my clients. They have experienced significant events in their current life, or sometimes in another life which helps them understand the present issues. They can understand how the issues came to be, then allow the Superconscious Mind to neutralize the emotions associated with those events to have them no longer affect their day to day lives.
People have made amazing strides forward, freeing themselves to sleep better, reduce or eliminate long-standing anxiety in their day-to-day lives, and sometimes even pursue lifelong dreams with less fear.
The magic of working with the Superconscious Mind is we eliminate a lot of the guess work that used to be on me as a hypnotist. I no longer have to find the perfect words or right the perfect affirmation after using my best guess to determine the root cause. I can be the hypnotic tour guide who takes them to the places they need to go in the Subconscious to do the work that needs to be done there, with the help of their omniscient Superconscious Mind and their Conscious Mind’s permission.
As a lifelong learner, I am constantly growing and pursuing new avenues of interest. My friend Jacquie has just birthed another iteration of this work, I am signed on to learn even more beginning in April 2023. Her link is posted above if you wish to pursue this knowledge for yourself. Please do tell her I sent you!
You can check out my website if you would like me to take you on one of these journeys; they can be done in person or over online through Zoom.
Thank you for spending your time reading my thoughts. I will be posting case studies here as well in the future.
I couldn’t have expressed these thoughts about working with the super conscious mind, as well as with you and Jacquie, better myself!
