The world of hypnosis... journeying beyond this dimension

My interest in hypnosis was kindled by the past life regression experiences in the Soul Alignment class from 2014, however I did not feel that I had the proper training to take clients into regression. What if they had an abnormal reaction? How would I bring them back to peace? With that in mind, I only facilitated close friends into regression.

In 2017, I discovered the work of Dolores Cannon who was a pioneer in the field of past life regression and one of the first to purposefully take people to lives between lives in hypnosis. I tore through her catalogue of work one after the other, reading nineteen and a half of her books in a three-month period. The places people went were fantastic and the changes those experiences brought into their current lives were magical. I wanted in!

In 2018, one week after returning from the Hawaiian Healers’ trip to Kona, HI, I attended the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists) training and was certified in later that year.

In May, I added The Simpson Protocol hypnosis methodology which took hypnosis to another level for me. The first series of training required that I know client goals in advance to be able to choose or prepare a script for them; Simpson Protocol took all of that legwork away by working with each client’s superconscious mind to reframe, release or bring to zero the emotional attachment to any identity, habit, belief, or issue in the subconscious mind. It was pure magic to me!

While in that class, I met a woman named Jacquie Balogh who also had a spiritual approach to the healing she was doing. During one of our breaks, I pondered to her:

Wouldn’t it be amazing if we could use the Simpson Protocol (SP) to go into past lives with clients and not only learn things to satisfy their curiosity, but to clean and clear the issues with SP so they are no longer an issue affecting this life?

A short while later, she would contact me to tell me that she had developed what we had discussed and did I want to jump into her class? More on that in a moment…

As part of the certification for the NGH, we were required to do twenty hours of practice; I reached out to ten friends and offered them two hours each. I helped people with a variety of issues ranging from smoking habits to anxiety. One particular client stands out to me. One friend asked if she could give her free sessions to her daughter? Sure, why not?

The young lady came for her first session; the goal was to remove her performance anxiety. She was part of a semi-professional performance group who was about to do her first solo singing and dancing. By this time, I was almost solely using Simpson Protocol and did her session accordingly. She thanked me and promised to book her next free session soon. That was the end of November. I reached out to her in January to see if she was still planning to come for the follow up. I had already achieved my hours and was just trying to wrap up the outstanding freebies.

When she arrived, I asked her if we were still working on stage fright? Oh no! She exclaimed, "You got rid of that for me during the last session; in fact, my instructors asked what on earth happened to me? I gave them your card” she laughed. “I was the Zen zone in the production… other performers were gathering around me to calm down, I told them what I did and taught them the box breathing technique that you shared. I’m great with that!”

After a bit more discussion on how life was going, I offered to take her on a past life regression journey and she agreed.

In the first life, she explored her relationship with a close friend and discovered they were sisters in the past where her mother was mother to both of them. This confirmed something she had always suspected and also addressed the distaste she had for birthdays along with the dread that she would not live past 16 years of age. She had been slaughtered by colonists on the date of her 16th birthday.

The second life was quite a challenge for me. After she opened the door, I asked her to look down at her feet.

I cannot see my feet; I don’t think I have any…

Okay, look around you, tell me what you see.

There is water everywhere, all around.

Are you in the water or on the shore? Tell me more about the water…

There is only water… all around me. I am in the water.

At this point, to be honest, I’m certain she is going to be a mermaid, because doesn’t every twenty something want to be a mermaid?

Okay, what are you doing in the water?

I am getting ready to leave this place…

Are you going alone or with others?

Oh, no. I am all alone.

Will anyone miss you when you are gone? Do you have a family?

Nope, it’s just me and no one will miss me.

Okay, well tell me where you are headed?

I am going to someplace new to see new sights and explore different places.

Well, that sounds exciting, let’s move forward now to your trip.

Okay…. and then all of a sudden, she exclaims… Oh I am a sea turtle! I am swimming all alone and I am excited to see all the new fish and different things here.

Well, there you go, she was not a mermaid after all, but a sea turtle. Who would have guessed that? The cool thing about this past life regression was that when she came back into the room, she told me that she and her boyfriend were planning a trip to Australia and New Zealand; they had work visas and were going to be gone a year, first to work and then to tour around Europe. She had been very nervous about this upcoming adventure, but her turtle life taught her that she would have everything she needed inside her to get through anything and she need not worry.

A few days later, she sent this message to me:

I know you don’t offer past life regressions to every client and I really think you should. This knowledge has been life changing for me and I think so many more people could benefit from it.

I did a few more past life regressions for people and every time, no matter how mundane and unimportant the life seemed to me as they were relaying it to me, the result for the client was always impressive. They would see, sense, feel, or know the answer to something that was causing disharmony for them.

In 2020, Jacquie Balogh reached out to me to tell me that she had, in fact, developed a protocol which took clients into past lives with a greater purpose. Working with the superconscious mind, she was guiding people into past lives, clearing anything that needs to be resolved and bringing back their strengths and abilities from those lives, was I interested? Hell yes! I was interested. I signed up immediately. With this information, I was ready to offer sessions to more than just friends, it elevated the work to new and exciting levels of healing.

In the summer of 2020, a dear friend sat in my chair for a past life session with the hopes of alleviating the debilitating shoulder pain that she had been experiencing for years.

She was a fellow healer with many talents of her own. She had tried every possible therapy, both medical and alternative, to find the root cause of this pain without success. After learning that I was having some real success with clients doing past life regressions, she thought she would give it a try and that’s where things got really interesting for me…

Okay, look down at your feet and tell me what you see…

Well, I have bare feet, sandals, moccasins, work boots, army boots…

My logical mind was having a fit… she’s DOING IT WRONG! Then all my reading of Dolores Cannon’s books kicked in and I realized, she is in the interlife; that place people go between lives. My inner voice screamed YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO THIS! I calmly replied, I read nineteen and a half books detailing how she approached these journeys, I’ve got this! Yes, I do have these conversations with myself, don’t you? ;)

I proceeded. Can you tell me why you have all these different shoes around you?

Yes, these are all the different lives I have lived where I have had damage to this shoulder.

Oh, I see. Thank you. Tell me, are you there alone or are there others present?

Oh yes! EVERYONE is here! Friends, family… they are all here to celebrate healing this issue.

Wonderful! Is there anyone there who will help you with this?

There is a man, a really short man with a stick in his nose; his face is painted and he is carrying a long stick. Oh… he is healing me now with the stick, touching all the places on my back and shoulder. He shows me all the times it has been hurt throughout my lives. Okay… it’s done now!

What did you see?

Well, I was shot, there was an arrow, something happened to it when I was a firefighter, so many different things.

That is very interesting. Is it all done now? Are you fully healed?

No, there is a bit more to do but he is done his part.

Alright, is there someone else who is going to help you with the remainder?

Yes, you are supposed to help with that.

Okay, well did you forgive all those who hurt you?

Yes, the little man helped me with that?

Did you forgive yourself for your part in these lives; for anything you may have done to others in those interactions?

Oh, no, I didn’t. Oh! Jesus is here now; he’s going to help me forgive myself.

Thinking to myself - Of course Jesus is here, what else could this possible present? To her - let me know when Jesus is finished…

Okay, it’s all done now.

Wonderful, have you thanked everyone for their help and said your goodbyes?

Yes, I have and they are all cheering for me.

Fantastic, okay now let’s step back into the hallway and close that door. Is there another door you want to open or do you have all that you need for today?

There is one more door that I would like to take a peek in.

Okay, go ahead, open it. Tell me what you see…

It is so green and beautiful… I see hills.

Thinking to myself - she must be in Ireland…

Oh it’s Ireland!

Wonderful, do you want to step through the door, or are you satisfied with just that peek?

I’m through already! I am flying…

Thinking to self - after Jesus showed up, anything is possible. To her - okay, are YOU flying or are you in a plane? Can you tell me what is happening?

I am in a plane flying.

That’s excellent. Where are you going?

Client throws her arms wide open… Anywhere I want to; I am free now to do whatever I please!

We completed the session. She reported afterwards that her shoulder was 98% better and really only gave a slight tweak from time to time.

I reached out to Jacquie and told her about how this client and I stumbled into the place of lives between lives. Later that year, she reached back to me to tell me she now had created a protocol to take people to Interlife with intention. I immediately signed up only to find myself on a wild ride of my own…
