August 2023 Newsletter Sparks of Healing Hypnosis
Future Life Progressions, Reiki consults, and ditching some deep anger.
Welcome to the August edition of the monthly newsletter for my business, sparksofhealing.ca. This is a summary of what is happening locally and any other shenanigans I am getting up to.
Thank you for spending a few of your precious moments with me here; time is the only true currency we have to spend on earth and I appreciate that you are spending some of yours with me.
What is new and interesting?
For quite some time I have been suffering from leg issues, mostly with the right leg. I believe that most physical issues have connections to something that is mental/emotional; I know the right leg has connections to the future and moving forward. I tried journalling, channeling, hypnosis, and Reiki but the issue persisted. Massage, yoga, and walking would provide relief for some time and then the issue would return.
There are times that I cannot solve an issue on my own, just like every other person, I need help from time to time. David Fernandez is an amazing Body Talk practitioner here in Regina and his name came to me from three separate people so I decided to see if he could assist me.
David began the session by scanning my body and then lifting different parts to have the body provide him with information. After a few minutes, he told me that he knew what the issue was but I was not going to like it; I was disconnected from the deepest part of my heart, a part that I did not show to anyone, not even my husband. He said there was a great anger inside of me that I needed to heal so that I could fully connect with my heart and move forward in my life and business.
The response inside my mind was swift and strong.
I don’t have unresolved anger! How could I when I have been doing all this hard work for months! … I thought angrily.
WHOA! Where did THAT come from? Apparently, I did have some anger locked away inside.
He led me through some releases and advised me how to continue on my own in between sessions. There is absolutely no hiding from this talented man; he sees right into the soul to find the heart of the matter. David also told me that I was what he referred to as a “wide beam”. He said things are supposed to be easy for me in this life, however I insist on making them more difficult than they need be.
I spent the next week or so journalling, doing self-treatments, and facing the unresolved emotions within me. Ho’oponopono, combined with Reiki and self-hypnosis were all keys to shaking the remaining feelings and memories loose so I could finally and fully let go.
The results were immediate with my business getting busier and some other pesky issues finding resolution in ways I could not have imagined, and without a whole lot of effort from me.
The most interesting thing that has happened from all this work is a lessening of the extremes in emotion that I experience; the highs are not as high, and the lows are not as low. I spend my time in a very pleasant middle space where the ups and downs of life do not impact me. The leg issues are almost fully resolved, and my calendar is filling with clients old and new.
Sometimes, we just need a little bit of help to find the key to the issue at hand.
What is happening live and locally at Sparks of Healing?
Future Life Progression Hypnosis:
In July of this year, I attended part two of the Utopia Protocol Interlife Regression training which entailed two separate trips into future lives; one to a time in the future of the life currently being lived and another to a next or parallel life. As I wrote in two published blogs here, I was skeptical about the need for this type of journey and my ability to go there myself.
These were both weird and wonderful journeys which, as you are aware, is the story of my life. I most definitely retract my belief about the value of these hypnotic protocols. They have inspired me to live my day-to-day life differently.
Free consultations for Hypnosis sessions or Reiki training questions:
With the popularity of the Free 30-Minute Hypnosis Consultation, I have decided to have a similar offer for Reiki Training; I know how important it is to meet a Reiki Master/Teacher before committing to them for the Reiki attunement and now anyone interested in taking training with me can just sign up for a no obligation 30-minute chat.
Sparking Up a Conversation:
Prior to The Great Pause of 2020, I was hosting in person gatherings in my home where I hosted people to gather together to have presentations, discussions and then end it with a sound blessing. I am going to begin those again monthly in September.
At this time, it is my intention to offer these gatherings in person only, if there is a demand to meet online, I will consider that. I did host Sparking Up a Conversation online during the lockdown and once restrictions were lifted, it seemed people did not wish to meet online anymore, which is completely understandable.
Classes and Expos:
Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan:
Four-day Utopia Interlife Regression Training on September 8 - 11th. Agenda includes Past Life and Interlife Regression, Future Life Present Life and Future Life Next Life. The format for this workshop is teaching the purpose of the journeys and walk through of the script. Day One will include a demonstration followed by practice for each participant in both the seat of the client and the hypnotist. Following the four days, you will be fully prepared to take anyone on this journey as part of your existing practice or another tool in your belt. More details can be found at sparksofhealing.ca

The Power of an Unstoppable Woman
Sparks of Healing - that’s me! will be speaking about regression hypnosis and have a vendor table here with books for sale and to answer any questions you may have for me. I have attended this event in the past, this will be my first time as a participant.
